Corrections, requests and questions are all welcome. Email is the only channel we monitor, and it reaches us directly.
Write to contact@calqeva.com. We read everything, and we reply to most messages within a few working days.
Reporting a calculation error
This is the most valuable message you can send us. To help us reproduce it quickly, please include:
- The calculator you were using, or a link to the page.
- The exact values you entered, including the units and currency.
- The result you expected, and where that expectation came from, such as a bank statement or an official calculator.
If a formula is wrong, we fix it and note what changed. If the difference comes from a rule or assumption, we explain it on the page so the next person does not hit the same confusion.
Requesting a calculator
Tell us what you are trying to work out and how you currently do it. Requests that describe a real task are far easier to build well than a bare name, and they tend to get built sooner.
Advertising and business enquiries
Use the same address with “Advertising” in the subject line.
Privacy of your message
Emails you send are used only to answer you and to improve the site. We do not add you to a mailing list or share your address. See the privacy policy for details.
What we cannot help with
We cannot give financial, tax, legal or medical advice, review your personal situation, or tell you what to do with your money or your health. For those questions, please speak to a qualified professional who can look at your full circumstances.
